download a free Vincent, connect it and use chrome... it works like magic. or download puffin browser, use it to fill the form, the do the above suggestion for chrome and use it to print...

This is not compulsory for everybody. it is for only people who are ready for it. and for your question, it shows the level of your involvement in this. I have a travel agency and i make use of this particular teaching hospital which i wont mention. I have been using them for over 3 years now. even if you need a medical report for NYSC redevelopment, i get from them too. So if you cannot help people, stop discouraging them.


Pls, can you help with the medical certificate and how much will I need to pay?

may b d size are larger than d required size or u hv not uploaded the basic one required...
check d size and try reattaching dem
