HARD WORKING PARENTS CAN ALSO BE  MORE INVOLVED IN PARENTING IF THEY WISH TO

Hello, Mum and Dad we are grateful that you are working hard to bring money for feeding, clothing, housing and education for us. But we are more concerned on the attention you put on work alone and having little or no time for us. We know you love us and the reason why you work hard  is for us to have a better future. But, the best way of securing a better future for us is when you balance your time at work with the time you spend with us. We make mistakes we ordinarily would not have made if you were around to put us through rather than work all the time. As you take one step at a time on your career ladder,  also know that parenting is a profession. We look forward to the days when you would start seeing us as assets, spend more time with us, ensure we become profitable to you and to the society at large. But until then, we wish you a happy workers day. We hope for a better working condition for you all.
