Applicants should possess the following qualities:

-Passion for children education
-Must be open minded
-Must be willing to learn
-Must be computer literate
-Excellent communication skills
-Analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong work values: positive attitude, honesty, self confidence, dependability.

A degree in any of the following fields will be an advantage:

-Child education
-Child development
-Psychology
-Early childhood education
