1 parlour
2 bedrooms all ensuite
1 kitchen
1 toilet for guests

I didn't observe earlier that you sketched on a graph sheet.
what is your wall thickness? 6" or 9"?

For the thicknesses of the foundation strip and the over site concrete (german floor) I made provisions for based on what I use if I were the one supervising it construction Since you didn't provide them.

Thanks for the effort you v put in thus far,but the BOQ is blank and dosnt really give me the answers i seek.
I know we are all busy but can you find time to break things down?
