Job Description
o Handle chiller maintenance troubleshooting's
o Respond to unscheduled and emergency service requests.
o Monitor stock of key emergency spares applicable to areas of responsibility.
o Perform scheduled maintenance inspections, and adjust, clean and calibrate various systems to assure proper system operations
o Troubleshoot and repair direct digital and pneumatic control systems
o Check distribution systems for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure
o Assist in training other technicians and staff in preventive maintenance of Boiler
o Prepare and submit request for supplies and equipment
o Carry out other tasks that may be assigned to you periodically
Requirements
o OND/IIT Certificate in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical or any other relevant disciplines from a recognized institution with 5 years cognate experience
o Trade test with 8 years plus experience
