Here in Lagos state, Odiolowo idiwere, Local Council Secretariate, Mushin Local Government area, the congress as of now is yet to start as INEC Officials Are even yet to arive, you note that the National APC National Congress, determines the Excutives of each local councils at ward level.. update from here soon |
