Report has it that there was no election at all but rather some powerful chieftains including the Caretaker chairman hijacked everything sidelining their opponents and announce a concocted winners whom were perceived to be their loyalist.
This happened in Ningi LGA of Bauchi state. The LG secretariat is said to be more than 100 years old since the colonial administration. It also serves as a symbol of heritage to people.

APC is in real soup. Most of their congresses have ended in similar fashion. By the time the next elections will happen, APC won't be anywhere near READY.
