The fact has already been established that the best products you can use for your natural hair are your natural products.

Drop the chemical made from shampoo for your African black soap if you can. Drop the hair creams made from petrolatum for your Shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil and other essential oils that have been a saving grace for black women over the centuries.

One thing that helps with growth is keeping your hair moisturized; the best way to do that is by getting a spray bottle and filling it with water and oil (if you wish) to spray on your hair before you sleep, that will keep your hair moisturized and help in promoting hair growth.

Avoid exposing your natural hair to heat as that may lead to breakage. Keep the heat at a moderate level
