When private uni started it, they tagged them academically cheap schools, today some federal unis are picking up and and doing the right thing so there is not much we can spin it into.
Nigerians like holding people back at the slightest possible opportunity. Covenant uni has been slowly revolutionizing the uni system for some years now.
Federal unis are adapting their dress codes and now awarding first class to those deserving of it more and more.
