Requirements and qualifications

A good university degree in computer science , electrical engineering or a related technical discipline with a minimum of 1-2 yrs in IT/networking or a related technology- based industry.

Responsibilities

Develop technical documents such as product specifications, Visio diagrams etc

Provide day-to-day support , proactive maintenance and preform independent complex system troubleshooting.

Consult with other engineers and with customers to make the best use of leading edge , new and existing product and tools.


In depth knowledge and understanding of networking technologies, design principles and practical application.

Candidate must possess a broad technical knowledge of analog , digital and VOIP voice services provision.

Cisco certifications such as CCNA and / or CCDA will be an added advantage

Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.

Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership and communication

Position: SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


Design and develop web application

Server management and network management

Design and develop Automation software/application with AMX, Crestron
and traditional Linux server

Support, Design, Develop and manage VOIP Application
Provide technical support, solution/advice to the Technical Team and Other Technical Issues.

Customizing existing solution or device (like Polycom, Telvida Controller, One Reach) for modification or Upgrade.

Develop and implement solution algorithm for all software projects
Responsible for Testing, Debug and process requirement analysis for software solution

Manage Development operations
Carry out research, reverse engineering, prove of concept and implement new ideas for technical


Position: Solution Architecture

Responsibilities

Research and documentation of new solution/concepts

Client Requirement Gathering

Design of Graphical Model of Proposed solution for client

Development of Solution Documents for clients based on current proposal to client

Development of Post-Deployment Documentation

Solution restructuring, design and documentation

Design and documentation of feasible solution structure

Responsible for developing time frames/schedule for the software team for the execution/deployment of soft ware programs / Monitoring of progress to ensure timeframes are adhered to.

Act as the liaising agent between the client and software team , providing update and sharing delivery timeline with client for solution requiring programming.


Position.: Project Manager

Requirements and qualifications
A good university degree in computer science , electrical engineering or a related technical discipline with a minimum of 1-2 yrs in IT/networking or a related technology- based industry.

Responsibilities

Track and coordinate items/shipments coming in to Telvida NGN office from US office and other countries.

Assist with Project activities by chasing up with necessary personnel to carry out proposed activity for the day to prevent delays with project

Follow up on on-going project day to day activities to know if any Additional equipment/item is required for project speed up closure.

Study/extract requirements(orders) from the clients BOQ for detailed requirements for project implementation plan. Also organize and document project Work method, Implementation plans, BOQ descriptions how to use documents before and after project completion.- PREPARATION OF PROJECT PLAN

Assist with/Coordinate proper filing and update of project documents and reports to management (Handle Project list on drop box and the local shared folder).

Work with project manager in execution of project, sharing item list with inventory officer and coordinating delivery
