Good people, Im considering buying a property through an agent. What is the agency rate Im suppose to pay him. I heard some folks saying the buyer pays 5%, while the property owner also pay 5% to the agent. Pls i need some advice.

Though they always ask for 5% but its always negotiable especially when the cost of the property is huge. Good luck!

Some agents are just so greedy, they charge you 10% and still give you nothing in return
