(1) To unlock your MTN Huawai modem yourself go to http://a-zgsm.com/huawei.php
(2) Input your IMEI Number.
(3) Input Security code that will be generated for you.
(4) Click Calculator, your Unlock code and Flash code is generated.
(5) Donot use the flash code.
(6)Insert not native SIM,(e.g Zain,glo,Etisalat), the window will ask you to input unlocking code.
(7) Input the generated Unlocking code.
( Your MTN modem unlocked.

I have a problem with my zain 3G modem. I unlocked the modem and it can only connect with Etisalat now.
Whenever i put MTN, Zain or Glo it keep on saying: Error 619: A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed

I want to use my zain or MTN coz Etisalat is not stable in my area. I have tried everything i could but to no avail. Please i will appreciate any suggestion or advise.

dial up:*99#
click on "use the following apn name and input web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net and click on ok"
