Our client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Customers Service Officer to fill its highly qualified CSO in new Bank opening branches in Sao Tome .

Job Description:
Experienced Customers Service Officer with Bank /Finance Houses, account experience needed.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the effective Good
customer relationship ,sales of Bank products / facilities. And also:
 Issues Bank Cheques to customers at the instance of their requests
 Opens record and accounts for customers and closes them.
 Proper filling of customer files and requests for easy retrieval if need arises
 Programs customer for SMS alert, internet banking and ATM request.
 Treats status enquiry on customers and relationship management
 Stops cheques misplaced or lost by a customer.
 Issues monthly statement to customers
 Call over all transactions posted by imputers on daily basis
 In charge of central cash register
 Handles ATM challenges by customer
 Confirmation of bank instrument
 Fund transfer
 Performs any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Bank management

The successful applicant must:

Requirements
Accounting process and control mechanisms
• Minimum 2 years experience. Planning, organizing, delegating, motivating, controlling, Ledger scrutiny of accounts payable account
• Have a proven track record of working in a financial intuition .

Qualifications

Minimum of B.sc

Remuneration: $ 40,000.00 Per Annual (Gross)
