The fact that another state may not be utilizing her resource well enough to you can't justify going to Abuja for fund to develop Educational institute then turning around to spend the Common wealth of the state on Muslims. The soliciting happened over more than 50 years period. It is open secret in Nigeria except you want to keep denying and asking irrelevant questions endlessly to divert from the beggarly attitude of Muslims.
