LiisBeth, the feminist entrepreneur’s digital magazine, pays up to $2,000 for articles. They are interested in “intellectual service articles, profiles, policy critiques, op-eds, interviews, and personal stories regarding experiences in the start-up space, including incubator/accelerator experiences.”

They are a “reader and community supported zine that examines entrepreneurship, start-up culture, and the innovation eco-system through a progressive feminist lens.”



They seek to publish articles from feminist writers – and they pay quite well. In fact, they pay “on average $100-$2000 per piece depending on the type of work, the original research involved and length (typically 500-2000 words).”


According to their website:

“We enjoy quality writing that is highly readable and creative. We encourage writers to tackle big and even controversial ideas but do so with wit, style, balance, and respect. We are not an “angry” platform. Profanity – in context and if required – is acceptable.”

Their focus is on gender equality – they want entrepreneurship to be a viable and flourishing career choice for all, regardless of gender, gender identity, race, class, and able-ness.
