The black man syndrome; always celebrating university graduation to obtain paper certificate instead of celebrating innovation and personal creativity that leads to the creation of companies and organisations from scratch.

We are still far in this fast paced world of today.

We need to start thinking of creating our own industries, technology brands, and solutions to global problems instead of celebrating certificate acquisition to go labor for another human like us to become richer while collecting monthly salary with pride
