No its not an attempt to get fresh ideas . Its a win- win situation. We will be working with those who show interest in distributing core Internet based products around the country and the West African sub region. By submitting business plans it will show their seriousness and long term orientation.
The average person who wants to make money online really has no clue with that really means and thinks it just involves paying some dollars to join a website and then finding money in one's account everyday.
