The man should be relieved of his job....... He's tactics may not work out comes next season

Conte is a very good coach. he should be allowed to stay and finish his contract. He asked Chelsea to buy good players last season but Chel refused ending up with average guys like Drinkwater and Zappacosta etc. D poor season isn't entirely d man's fault but d board as well. secondly for how long will Chelsea keep on sacking great coaches. It shouldn't be a tradition. we need to have continuity and keep on building d team in d right way. Another coach will come and sell all d good youngsters we have, sell some top players then buy his own kinda of players who might perform first season n fail in d next. So I think we should build d team steadily with Conte
