Anytime the victim refuses to cooperate they are zapped with electrical current. This occurs over and over again until the mind of the victim is broken down and the victim now associates disobedience with pan and thus complies. Electro-shock treatment has been shown to destroy a person's personality and make a totally new person. I do believe this what they are referring to as cloning. This is the cloning of the mind. Anyways this is what happened to Kanye West. The purpose of such nasty business committed by America's secret societies cults is to present Kanye West as an example of disobedience to others so that fear will rule over them. People are targeted, rather singled out, scape goat, what have you, so that others will become unmerciful, scheming, lying and conniving with no morality or love in the society.
