CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER ROLE
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the Customer Service Officer, you will work directly, under the supervision of your manager, with customers to respond to enquiries and provide support as applicable. The person in this role must be a keen note taker who is adaptable and optimistic

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• BSc. degree in Accounting or HND Business Administration / Accounting
• Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of people
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to customers enquiries and prepare applicable PFI
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customers’ complaints, identify the cause and select the best solution to solve the problem.
• Involvement in the pricing of products by various OEMs we represent and the handling of company accounts as assigned by your manager
• Control of stock and management of inventories

The job location for this role is in Ibadan, Oyo State. Successful candidates will undergo training at the Lagos Branch of the company.
