Super Eagles attacker Alex Iwobi has arrived Uyo ahead of the pre-World Cup friendly match between Nigeria and Democratic Republic of Congo. The match is slated for the Sharks stadium in Port Harcourt and Gernot Rohr will be preparing his team for the Russia 2018 World Cup. The final 23-man list will reportedly be released after the DR Congo match and the Arsenal attacking midfielder will be expected to make the final cut. 1 Share

ayanfede:Super Eagles will also take on the Democratic Republic of Congo in on May, 25. meanwhile, Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid will play an invitational friendly against the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The match will be played at the Godswill Akpabio stadium on Tuesday, May, 22 where Nigeria will field a Team B side, against the Rojiblancos. |
