Ed Sheeran and Kendrick Lamar were the biggest winners at this year's Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas on Sunday, winning six awards each.


The British singer and song writer Ed Sheeran won the big award of the night, Top Artist, and was also honoured with the awards for Top Male Artist, Top 100 Artist and Top Song Sales Artist.


Kendrick Lamar won three rap award categories. Meanwhile, there were five awards for Bruno Mars: Top R&B Album for 24K Magic; Top R&B Song for That's What I Like; Top R&B Artist; Top R&B Male Artist and Top R&B Tour.
