Kolo mentality, Kolo mentality, Kolo mentality (in fela's voice)...

Your thinking is You.. What you think Is what you are.

You hear one person say there's no job, the person who hears you tells another, another posts is as a comment, another reads it and believes it then keeps on spreading then thousands keep on saying, they keep on saying till they make it part of their lives, that one wey one write waec now vex, there's no job, then what's the point reading? The undergraduate vexes too and then they start imbibing the Spirit of laziness and living for the moment.

Chai! Guys wake up...
Do you know what diligence is atall? Do you think it's your paper you call certificate that pays or the VALUE you possess?
Davido earns 7M per show, An upcoming earns 50k per show, bros na Value matter pas.

It's Value that sells.
What is your value? Seun is rich today because the value he is imparting in Millions of people is reciprocated in Fame and of course financial gain.

That said and gone... You wrote JAMB, enter University, then year 1 you passed well, year 2 you follow guys go flex, then some Fs crept in then GPA begin dey slide, guy wakeup! Why you come university if not finish well? Yes we know you're into compere jobs, graphic designing etc but what's primary is primary. Ji Masun! Wake from your slumber, we know you're not gonna use the certificate but please wake up!
You went to school and finished with 1.0/5.0...wetin you come school come do?
The challenges have always been there but it's a personal decision... You think you're doing your lecturers a disfavor by stabbing class? Guy you dey do yourself o! Wake up!
In the next 10years...its either you're thanking God or regretting... Get back in track.
Let the primary be primary.
The Freelancing can always be done primarily after you have amassed enough knowledge in your course of study. Guy! Know the primary reason you're in school.

Someone is still there and wanted Law and was given English, you're in year 3 now and you've attended more shows than classes, chai... You can attend a million shows after you graduate sir.
Don't you know it will be harder if you don't do it now? Wake up! Wake up! Do that course of study well. Any thing worth doing is worth doing well.

Anything you're doing well today is for your own benefits.
Read your books and get educated, freelance later..
Increase your value.

Case 2: To all the bosses who only came to school to read only.. No fellowship! No sports! No extracurricular activities,
Why? With the extensive benefits life has to offer, you're just staying on one lane... Diversify! You write? Write to instill knowledge and value to others' looking up to you, you can talk? Develop your public speaking skills.. You can sing? Develop it and sing reasonably...
Diversify... Increase your value.

University is a ground to get educated in all schools of life... Marriage, Entrepreneurship, human management not just in acquiring a certificate.
When you complete your degree, you should be able to stand firm and say, Yes.. I'm indeed EDUCATED.
Poverty is a mentality, Remove that mentality.
Grow mentally as you grow in age and size.
You can't stay in your comfort zone and have VALUE to many... The more your value is of benefit to many, the more financial benefits, fame attached.
