Our client, a clothing retail chain with locations on the mainland and island areas of Lagos is receiving applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the role of a Manager in their outlets in Ajah, Sangotedo and Lekki Phase 1

Summary:
Our ideal candidate is male/female, a graduate, above 30 years old and has retail or customer service experience.

As store manager, you are the first point of contact for customers. We require a calm and pleasant disposition. You need to be able to take initiative to attend to customer enquiries and concerns and use your judgment to escalate where necessary.

Core competencies will include excellent customer service skills, customer relationship management skills, analytic and numeric capabilities, ability to communicate (oral and written) fluently and effectively in English Language.

Responsibilities:
• Training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets and petty cash float
• Maintaining financial records and preparing reports
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing inventory management
• Meeting sales targets
• Ensuring compliance with company policy
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Retail display and visual merchandising
• Online marketing using social media, etc

Salary: N70,000 – N90,000 per month
