Billing Administrators/clerks by Mutee: 1:19pm On May 25, 2018
We are looking to add entry level Billing Administrators/Clerks to our growing organization in Lagos. We're seeking a qualified candidate who has a great attitude and a passion for learning. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment and should be self-motivated.

Job Qualification and Requirement

• A good university degree (BSc/HND) not less than third class/lower credit respectively.
• Not less than 12 months post NYSC experience.
• Excellent math ability.
• A high level of numeracy and the ability to apply that in a practical way.
• Prospective applicants must be effective managers of time, due in part to short turnaround times for billing.
• Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency.
• A spirit of cooperation and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and multi task as it requires working with large amounts of data.
• Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
• A strong understanding of all Microsoft office packages particularly Excel.
• The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time to time, and particularly at billing weekend.
• Applicants must reside in Lagos.

Job duties and Responsibility

• Handle billing inquiries from the customers.
• Prepare weekly, monthly or periodic reports of all billings.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
