Baring any last minute change of mind, 2016 beneficiaries of the federal government youth empowerment scheme, N-Power, will storm the National Assembly with a bill seeking permanency of volunteers into regular civil servants at the end of their period in the programme. The bill when successfully passed into law, will mandate the federal and state governments to convert N-Power beneficiaries into civil servants.
