God: The Culprit Or Victim? by bigdady9ja1(m): 8:42am On May 27, 2018
Introduction.
The purpose for this brief questionnaire like post is to stir up spiritual awakening, rather than religious idiocy.

Psych 101: Mind Development:
If a new born is kept in a room, and the only person(s) the child sees and interacts with is its dad and/or mum..., would it be possible for that child to grow up to become evil?

The Ponder:
If yes, then, was it possible the child became evil via;
1. Observing its parent..., or
2. It was innate - hereditary.

More To Ponder On:
Now I want to ask, who created Satan? The Devil? Or Lucifer, who's fondly been recognized as the globally acclaimed Supervillain of supervillains?

3. Was he created with evil inside him? Or, was it that he learn it from somewhere, someone or whatever? How did he all of a sudden become the universal, dubious super villain that he's painted to be?

The Contradiction:
Jesus teachings somehow shines light to the above listed questions.

Firstly, Jesus at one time said, "I and the Father are one." Meaning they shared the same nature. Now, if the Father was known among many other names as a "Jealous God" who visits vengeance upon disobedient folks; how come Jesus never executed vengeance upon anyone?
Some might argue that at the that time of the old Testament folks, grace didn't abound much, but that at Jesus time, grace and peace abound.
If this was true, what could have possibly made God to change his mind? Did he eventually realised that he was wrong in his approach?

Next, Jesus was once quoted as having said, "I must go about my father's business." What was this business? Well, a careful study of the life and times of Jesus would reveal this answer. He taught on personal and spiritual growth; encouraged interpersonal social skills; he healed sickly people and even raised a few from the dead among many other things which did. But, not once did Jesus ever led wars, sent plagues, deluges among many others on anyone. Again we ask, what is the Father's business?

In Conclusion:
So, if Jesus did say that he was one with the Father; and at one point, the father spoke out from heaven and acknowledged how pleased he was with Jesus..., would it be mincing words to say that the old testaments weren't entirely true about most of its accounts especially, regarding the personality of God?
