Owerre, Enugwu or Oka? And why?

I favor a newly carved area right in the middle of Igboland or somewhere along the downward River Niger-Benue confluence that heading towards the Atlantic Ocean (that divides Anambra and Delta state) for the benefit of water access. The benefits of starting from scratch in a virgin area are many - modern and high standard blueprint for world-class city development, much less 'son of the soil' issues, strategic location/citing of the city for the benefit of water access and also in the middle of its boundaries for much less likelihood of attacks in terms of wars etc. With a good portion of the country's resources pooled into that city, world-class development could be achieved in 2 decades or less comparative to its capital-city peers.

Yh. In an idealistic setting.

Both are good, Enugu more historic and Owerri perhaps more modern....But what happened to Obuaku City plans?
