Gogagga Software is a Canadian software company. A fast growing Technology company with multiple software products being introduced into the Nigerian and African market and needs Dynamic, Independent, Self-starters who will be dedicated to work with little or no supervision.

We are looking for Social Media Managers (SMM) in Nigeria, to attend to online inquiries and professionally engage prospects and customers on the social media platforms. You will be on the tab to ensure that prospects and clients receive immediate responses to their inquiries about the products . The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and referring prospects to the SME Consultants and Sales Managers, GENERATING leads and qualifying prospects while enjoying free IT training and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Be online during your designated working hours wit no excuses

• Professionally engage prospects , develop “out of the BOX” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

• Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships

• Meet personal and team sales targets

• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

• Attend meeting, CSR events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments

• Report and provide feedback to management.

• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

PAY IS BASIC + COMMISSION
(Commission can take you to over N150k monthly)

Requirements
• Proven Customer Service Representation skills
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Ability to work diligently with little or no supervision
• COMPUTER use competency
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and driven
• Must own an android phone
