Infant and maternal mortality rates are still very high!!!

APC promised to reduce infant mortality rate to 3% by 2019...(I don't know what that means, because Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is not measured in percentage but in deaths of infants per 1000 live births). As at 2017, UNICEF estimates ranked Nigeria 3rd among the countries with the highest infant mortality globally...

They promised to reduce maternal mortality rate (MMR) by 70% in 2019. According to the National demographic health survey 2013, the MMR was 576 per 100,000 live births, 2015 estimate put MMR at 814 per 100,000 live births.. .you know the arithmetics...

They promised to increase the doctor-to-patient ratio from 19/1000 to 50/1000 by 2019.... Do you kniw how many doctors left for UK last week?
