The last time we saw Anselm, the doctor of economics, chartered accountant, banker.

This time, we see the vision of this man; to build Nigeria into a genuinely united and prosperous nation where peace, justice, equity and righteousness reigns. We shall come back to *equity*.

But, let's first look at Enyimba's legislative agenda:

_ human capital development; hear Dr Anselm Enyimba, "I will initiate legislation for the establishment of a Venture Capital Corporation which will be a vehicle for the empowerment of indigenous entrepreneurs to be drivers of employment creation in our economy as is the case in fast growing economies such as China and Israel.


Qualitative Education; Dr Enyimba sees education as a foundation for a great future. He is a living testimony. He therefore exposes his intentions to sponsor a bill on educational reformation, initiate amendment to make funding for education a first line charge on the nation's consolidated accounts and to ensure it represents at least 20 per cent of the federal budget.
