The major causes of stress are specified as a result of rigid thinking, lack of flexibility, Negative self-talk, working whole day, environmental factor (traffic, riots, etc), societal problems, Death of a spouse, Job loss, when exercising too much than normal, major life changes, work or school activities, Injury or illness etc.
The signs and symptoms always include, anxious or racing thoughts, constant worrying, memory problem, Inability to concentrate, Eating more or less, getting upset quickly, Loss of sex drive, Moodiness, irritability, or anger, Sleeping too much or too little, Nervous habits (e.g. nail biting, pacing), Aches and pains, Feeling overwhelmed, etc
