let me say is not my area of interest, i did it out of curiosity, if advertising it to be popular and working on it on daily basis is what i really want in life then i wont sell it because even the pimping aspect is far more better than many forums out there.
i am seriously working my career as a network|system administrator. so i dont have much time and attention to give to the forum, besides i am presently working in a cybercafe near university and the work out there is too much for me. so i really want to sell it off.

lol, anyways i purposely refused to renew the hosting rent and they have shut down the site.
no regrets at all. just trying to move ahead and focus on my career.
