A reputable Tech company in Lagos is looking to fill the position of a Sales Team Lead. This individual would be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals for the organisation. The Sales Team Lead will also direct the team's focus, set goals, work with large profile customers, analyze budgets, determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process, motivate and also help create training opportunities for the team.
Qualification/ Knowledge/ Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any related discipline
• 5 years of Experience in Sales Management in an IT organisation
• Ability to sell both hardware and software products
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft office suite
• Strong negotiation, presentation and product demo skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service with the ability to build and maintain string relationships with clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
