The rate of proliferation and circulation of very dirty N100 notes in the country these days is becoming alarming. Bia CBN, are materials for printing new N100 notes scarce or is the machine for N100 notes wing of the Minting and Printing Press faulty ? Finding a neat N100 note these days is like searching for a pin in a haystack Mind you I just posted the neatest notes so far
