How to Delete System Files from Windows 10, 8 and 7

Deleting system files from Windows seem to me an easy process until i changed my PC's hard disk and decided to use the old HDD as an external drive.

It is now a fact(for me as i just got a hold of that information) that you cannot delete Windows system files even if you are an administrator.

As is my way to seek help via the internet and share on the blog "You ought to know"checked online and discovered that by default, Windows system files are owned by TrustedInstaller - a process of Windows Modules Installer service in Windows 10/8/7/Vista tasked with the main function of enabling installation, removal and modification of Windows Updates and optional system components.

Listed are steps you will need to take to delete system files from Windows 10, 8, 7 and oh.... including Windows Vista.
