the plan is very okay...just that the entrance porch & ante room look a little bit too small. If u can expand them a little, the plan is good.

No sir...just d normal cost u will spend on a regular 3bedroom bungalow. Which of course will be determined by d type of finishes & materials u intend to use.

That's a very good observation but don't you think the kids room should just be few steps away from the master bedroom...a lay man view though
