Shocked at the uncommon kindness of the people of Aladja Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, an Ogbe-Ijoh Indigene has confessed that Aladja Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State are peace loving people, this testimony was made known yesterday 07/06/18 by Mr. Gideon Sanu who left the shores of Nigeria to Indian and South Africa courtesy of the Federal Government Amnesty Programme some years ago. Gideon who claimed not to be aware of the recent Communal crisis between Aladja and Ogbe-Ijoh and mistakenly drove himself to Aladja Community that he was going to Ogbe-Ijoh, was intercepted by the Aladja Youths, after his explanation that he was on his way to see the grave of his late mum who died while he was away, the Aladja Youths out their magnanimity allowed him to drive to Ogbe-Ijoh. On his way back from Ogbe-Ijoh Community, he thanked the youths and the leaders of Aladja Community for their show of love.

Speaking further, elated Gideon called on other Communities to emulate Aladja community for sparing his life inspite of the land dispute, appealed to both communities to shealth their swords saying a peacefulcoexistence is a panacea to sustainable development.

On his part the Executive Chairman of Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State Hon. Taiye Tuoyo who spoke on phone with Gideon thanked the youths and leaders of Aladja for their spirit of forgiveness and sportsmanship.
