Urgently needed: CREDIT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

DAILY TASK AND ACTIVITIES
Handle inward and outward other banks account status enquires
Handle request for manual credit bureau updates
Handle disputes between the credit bureaus, customers and the bank
Handle customer’s complaints
Liaise with business units for customer’s data required for reporting
Tag credits on the bank’s risk asset with CRMS reference numbers

SPECIAL DUTIES
Monitor and ensure error free reports
Daily reconciliation of data rendered on the CRMS and as required by the Supervisor
Handle any other task or activity that may be assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATION
• HND or University Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2.2) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics or related discipline/field
• NYSC certificate is a must.

SKILLS
MICROSOFT EXCEL (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, COUNTA, MAX, MIN, PRODUCT, STDEV.S, STDEV.P, VAR.S, VAR.P, MEDIAN, MODE, SINGL, Pivot table, charts, data sorting and filtering VLOOK UP, CONCATENATE, IF functions, Data Analysis)

MICROSOFT WORD: Typesetting and formatting

POWER POINT: Animation, Designs and Transition

EXPERIENCE
1-2 years Experience in the banking industry
Age at Entry
Maximum of 28 years as at December of current year.
