SALES TRANIERS Location: Lagos Qualification and Requirement Excellent communication skills Result oriented and business focus A degree in sales , marketing Experience: 2-3 yrs 3.PROGRAME COORDINATOR(MULTILEVEL MARKETING BUSINESS) The programme coordinator is responsible for planning programme , management and ensure smooth training implementation for a multi-level marketing business . key resonsibilities interfacing between the company and participants identify lapses and the resources required to deliver the programmes and marketing members. Develop program class schedule and ensure strict adherence by facilitator . Ensure the timely preparation of training manuals serve as a liaison officer between the company and the members. Any other function as may be directed by management. qualification: B.sc/H.ND in relevant discipline minimum of 5-7 yrs relevant exxperience job skills: ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schdeule good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team. excellent oral and written communication skills. 4.TECHNICAL TRAINERS (ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS) The technical; trainers service should include technical support , repair services, spare parts , support agreement and customer training responsibilities As a technical trainer , you will deliver high quality training classes on the installation , commissioning ,operation and maintenance. Trainers would work independently to ensure that training classes and materials are consistently meet. Demonstrate mastery of applicable product concepts and networking followup on or refer any questions /needs attendees have that are outside of the training course. Notify appropriate team members ( sales, support, product management ) of any outstanding or critical issues and maintain training room. energetic and self - motivated with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with people of different knowledge levels ,learning styles backgrounds and personalities. proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without management supervision. experience in delivering on-site customer training preferred experience customizing training classes to fulfill unique customer requirement . superb oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills proven analytical , methodical thinking, problem solving skills and decision making skills, team player in a highly demanding environment willingness to share knowledge and expertise with team members. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment , interest in the challenge ,excitement , and responsibility of a fast pace ,growth environment. 5.HOUSEHOLD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS Role: the successful household maintenance technicians will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to perform daily task required to ensure the operational availability of household equipment Responsibilities: oversee analysis and adjustment of maintenance practices and procedures and preventative maintenance schedules. troubleshoot equipment household breakdown and quality issues. train and develop team members. create , modify and implement document and schedules , under the direction of the maintenance supervisor requirement: 2 yrs of extensive experience maintaining household equipment good overall computer skills , including Microsoft office and e-mail programmes. 6.IT ANALYST: location: Lagos Experience:3-5 yrs job description: this role involve overseeing external client production software and hardware environment ,specifically, the candidate will be responsible for software implementation and day to day running of operations. the candidate will manage the hardware operating system,network , online marketing ,database administration performance monitoring backups required skills: software development I.T security strong technical orientation excellent base marketing skill. qualification: bachelors in computer science Microsoft or related professional certification is an added plus Candidates to send CVS with positions as subject to : hr@lontorpay.com.ng Deadline:15/06/2018 |
