The information reaching NGHUBS newsdesk is that N- power has refuted claims that the Federal Government gas absorbed 2016 volunteers for the N-power program. According to reports by media outlets (NOT NGHUBS) President Muhammadu Buhari today ordered that the volunteers of the 2016/2017 Federal Government’s N-power programme be absorbed into into the federal civil service. A tweet by @eyezeaglez seeked to confirm the authenticity of the information. However, N-power replying the tweet refuted the speculations. @eyezeaglez tweeted “@npower_ng There is a news in circulation that President Buhari has ordered the absorption of 2016 Npower volunteers into the Federal civil service. How authentic is the information please?” @npower_ng replied “it isn’t true sir.” The N-power Volunteers Scheme is one of the Federal Government’s Social Investment Programmes which began in December 2016. It is billed to last for two years according to government. http://nghubs.info/fg-did-not-absorb-n-power-volunteers/?preview=true&frame-nonce=0f8ab0b081
