VACANCY: AFTERSALES MANAGER

An Automobile Manufacturing plant currently seek to recruit an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Aftersales Manager in our plant in Ogun State.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;

 Agreeing, negotiating project budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
 Developing and implementing test procedures.
 Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives.
 Formulate department budget, conduct operative planning.
 Providing technical advice, answering client queries and resolving client complaints.
 Making improvements to vehicles in response to customer feedback.
 Conducting Fault-Finding and Trouble shooting.

Qualification / Experience;

 Minimum of HND in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
 Minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience in the automobile industry.
 A proven track record in automotive aftersales management.
 Effective technical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong results orientation.
 Strong communication skills.
