What is science,it is a supernatural study of the universe propelled by estra terrestrial forces that is beyond textbooks theories.Without science there cannot be technology.
Africa has that scientific gift,but it has never been used(channelled) towards the right direction.We need to harness our black power positively to attain a progressive height in technology.The white will never transfer technology to us because it is not transferable,you develop it.
