I suggest NCC should ban banks from selling recharge cards for the following reason(s)
Selling recharge once created jobs for Nigeria youths, widows etc but the new bank top up from your account has rendered most of them(recharge card sellers) jobless and a serious struggle for those that are still managing the business. Years back, you see alot of kiosks, umbrella and table when walking down the streets in Nigeria but can't be found now because the mighty ones (banks) who have made it already took their livelihood from them with their wealth.
Apart from banks there re other online top up that can give users the same value.
I suggest NCC should stop the banks from selling recharge card online so the other online like city serve, baxi box, recharge and get paid can create jobs again for the masses with their small capital by using their devices to dispense recharge cards to Nigerians for the same convenience banks will give them.

Instead of this thought of yours, why don't you consider appealing to the government to create more jobs where these Nigerian youths can find ways to cater for themselves.

Technology has moved us forward where banks allow us to top up our mobile phones and even pay bills from the comfort of our mobile phones. We all should embrace this technology instead of rejecting it.
