Roads are determining the factor of infrastructural development; it is perhaps, the only true evidence of a working Government, one that takes the safety and well-being of her citizens seriously; it is used both by the rich and poor. Good road network brings economic development to a people because it allows for easy movement of goods and services. This is one development which a former President with all the resources at his disposal couldn’t give his people for 5 years at the presidency.
