Hello house,good evening to all,i need advice on how to operate a transport business with a starting point in Lagos and prospect of diversitfing to other states.pls tell me the pros and cons of it,the type of transportation to go into,all on a budget of 1,500,000.

Buy a good car and register with Uber and taxify. I have a 2007 Hyundai Elantra for sale for 1m. It will serve you well

Good ad,but u gave me that advice because you have a car to sell to me for uber.why did you suggest uber as against other forms of transportation business?? I intend buying a Volkswagen lt bus..and it has a daily fixed delivery fee

nigeria operates a mixed economy,the govt can't scrap out private investors from the transport sector,cos the bus ambode has can't transport 21m people in a day

Hello @OP, I also have a similar plan of going into intra state transport, the major problem have been getting the right persons involved. do you have a plan or strategy of hiring the right drivers and ensuring prompt remittance. because I think it's key in having a successful transport business especially in Lagos. would like to get in contact with you so we could discuss further. wish you all the best.
