How Youth can be Learn to become Successful entrepreneur?
Becoming an entrepreneur is not easy. Although many are drawn to the idea of being their own bosses and running their business, sometimes bad initial decisions can ruin the project. Having a mentor is an excellent "blessing" for an entrepreneur, but not everyone is fortunate enough to find one quickly. Therefore, before starting, you have to study the terrain very well and prepare for what is to come. There are some essential tips and other more professional ones so that young entrepreneurs can start with less doubts and less risk.
Analysis of the business model
The world is full of great ideas, but success is only achieved through action. It doesn't matter if you want to open a bakery or a high-tech company. In any case, an entrepreneur has to define in detail what their business is going to be, how it is going to make it profitable and what competition already exists in that sector. Because almost everything is invented and what it is about is to improve products, services and the way in which they reach those who will pay us for them.
Disciplined with finances
Keeping an orderly accounting is essential to avoid business failure. Therefore, you must learn to keep company accounts, save all invoices, account for all expenses, etc. The golden rule is the same for a young entrepreneur as for any other person in the family: do not spend more than you have or what you plan to enter.

To Know and Set realistic goals
Ryan Allis, co-founder of iContact, noted that having your goal in mind every day ensures that you work to achieve it. Set goals and remember them daily. Many young entrepreneurs give up within a few months of starting their projects because initially they set goals and expectations impossible to meet in the short term. An entrepreneur has to be patient, but to do this you must first become aware that business success is a process with different phases, and not all of them are simple.

Take risks more often
It is natural that with experience we become more cautious when making decisions. The problem is when the fears end up dominating you, and for fear of losing, you don't dare to play.
Success and error are common when you start a business, but every time you make a mistake: analyze the errors, fix them, correct them and try again.

Things young entrepreneurs should avoid:

1. Don't give up the first time
Things may not go as you expect from the first minute, but if you have been cautious and realistic with your initial goals, you will not be overwhelmed. Try to resist the first setbacks and don't let your idea die before trying hard.
2. Don’t consider yourself wise enough
One of the most common mistakes of young entrepreneurs is to think that they know everything; or that they have an obligation to know everything. Not knowing how to listen can cost an entrepreneur money and some fright.
3. Don't trust anything or anyone
If you ask for aid or subsidies, make sure that they do not carry penalties or fines in the event that you do not meet any condition - for example, a minimum period of activity.
If you can combine positive advice with recommendations for common mistakes to avoid, it is very possible that your future as a young entrepreneur is bright.
