In addition, a ClickShare consists of USB-powered devices, ClickShare Buttons, and a Base Unit. The Base Unit has a fixed connection to the meeting room’s visualization system, and takes care of all the needed processing. Users who also want to get their presentation on the large meeting room screen, simply connect a Button to their PC or MAC. The ClickShare button wirelessly transfers your desktop to the audio visual system once you start the application and click the ClickShare button. Alternatively, when using a smartphone or tablet (either iOS or Android-powered), a simple app allows you to share content as well.

Contents are displayed on the right screen when every ClickShare Button is paired with a ClickShare Base Unit. ClickShare Buttons can be transferred across meeting rooms without a problem. Multiple ClickShare Buttons can be paired to the Base Unit. Therefore you can share content with up to eight people on-screen at the same time.
