I don't belong in the health sector. However so far we can see government spending in different sectors except the health sector As at today no federal hospital is been renovated or upgraded to a world class standard. Even if one in each region of the country. Is the minister of health responsible for this failure or does anyone know of these upgrade happening around the country |
