A well established real estate development company is actively seeking credible candidates for the position of Clerk of work

Clerk of work
Ordinary Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture. At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. Able to work 6 day a week and weekends if required.
Manage and ensure timely completion of construction works. Ensure prevention, health and safety rules are adhered to by Contractor on site
Liaise with Consultants and Construction Team to control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of construction work and report all activities, issues and concerns to the Company. Identify, implement and solve technical problems as directed by the project manager. Ensure safe construction methods and procedures and inform the Project Manager of irregularities or alterations from the construction plan. Provide receipts for all expenses and minimize Project costs whenever possible. Provide daily and weekly reports to the Company
